XIM will custom process your food products to your specifications. XIM’s capabilities rest in the lower end of production capacity for new products where production needs are too small to attract the attention of large toll manufacturers, but larger than can be handled in a kitchen. XIM has installed mixing, sheeting, baking and coating equipment focused on manufacturing baked products from grain-based materials. However, if the process to produce your product requires other equipment not currently installed, we are willing to consider procuring and installing that equipment in our flexible manufacturing space.
With regular pest control inspections and space configured to comply with food processing safety standards, XIM will work with you to produce samples for test marketing and initial production. XIM’s food processing experts will help to develop or refine products during this phase to make subsequent phases of your production go more smoothly.
