XIM offers Design Engineering services for plant and equipment designs.  Designing a plant for effective process flow and equipment layout is critical to accomplishing your production process in a safe and effective manner.  In some cases, new equipment or specialized equipment modifications, such as extruder dies and cutters are required to accomplish your process or to effectively manufacture your product.  XIM develops designs using SolidWorks and the innovative cloud-based OnShape three-dimensional modeling software which enhances collaborative efforts by enabling proposed designs to be easily shared with customers and vendors for their review and feedback.

Manufacturing and Testing Capabilities
XIM can also manufacture equipment designs in-house or in cooperation with other manufacturers to implement your specialized design.  When appropriate, XIM can also test your resulting equipment in their pilot plant to ensure effective operation and identify any required modifications.
