XIM’s laboratory and test kitchen are used for bench-scale product development and product testing. We have capability to do a variety of laboratory tests such as moisture, water activity, pH, titratable acidity, and physical properties testing. XIM’s laboratory space is flexibly configured to accommodate specialized test equipment as needed. In addition, XIM cooperates with local laboratories to conduct specialized testing which utilizes equipment such as the Rapid Visco-Analyzer (RVA), Phase Transition Analyzer (PTA), and Texture Analyzer.
