XIM’s diversified operation includes manufacturing space primarily focused on fabrication of parts and assemblies from plastics. XIM’s customized CNC Router Parts has a working area (maximum part size) of 48 inches X 48 inches. XIM also uses a purpose-built reaction injection molding system for manufacturing molded parts from liquid two-part systems such as polyurethane, epoxy, and silicone.
XIM will collaborate with you on your product idea starting at the design phase, or you can come to us with your completed design for manufacturing prototypes or production pieces. You may submit your own 3D models or drawings, or work with XIM engineers to create a design customized to your needs. (Click here for more customizing information.) Using SolidWorks® and the innovative cloud-based OnShape 3D modeling software, XIM can develop 3D models of your parts and assemblies in order to accurately design and communicate with you about your requirements.
