Brad Strahm, PhD, PE, holds a B.S. and M.S. in Engineering, a PhD in Business Administration, is a licensed Professional Engineer, and a registered Patent Agent. He has spent his career creating and designing processes as well as identifying and specifying processing equipment to bring product and process concepts to production. Brad’s experience in food science, process engineering, and equipment design bring a distinctive blend of skills and knowledge to XIM’s customers. In particular, his unique ability to apply his knowledge of ingredients and their interactions to process design delivers exceptional value to customers.
Rick A. Aberle, MBA, PMP, holds a B.S. in Engineering, a Masters in Business Administration, and is a certified Project Manager. He brings experience in managing a portfolio of business development projects and pharmaceutical industries. He has been instrumental in the implementation of projects representing corporate investment in excess of $1 million. His background in strategic planning gives clients a disciplined focus on long term objectives for success. While currently serving as a Hospital Administrator on the mission field, Rick remains active and involved in XIM’s business.
Gordon R. Huber was a co-founder of XIM. On July 16, 2011, his life was claimed in an accident at his home. He is greatly missed by those of us who knew and loved him.
